The road to Diaspora Week Lagos is officially underway.

Diaspora Week Lagos took its first international step last week with a networking event in Houston, Texas, hosted in collaboration with Victor Lofinmakin. Bringing together entrepreneurs, executives, investors and community leaders, the gathering introduced attendees to the vision behind while creating space for meaningful conversations, new partnerships and cross-border connections.

The Houston kickoff marked the beginning of a global campaign to engage Africans in the diaspora ahead of the flagship Lagos gathering. Similar events are planned in more cities as they continue building momentum for what promises to be a week celebrating collaboration, investment, culture and innovation.

With its first stop complete, the countdown to Diaspora Week Lagos has officially begun.
