Terms & Conditions (Summary):
- Eligibility: Open to legal residents or citizens of the United States or Canada, 18+ years old, with a valid passport (minimum 6-month validity).
- Flight Cost Limit: Total flight value is capped at $3,000 USD. Flights will be purchased directly by Amplify Africa or Discover Gidi.
- Winner Content Agreement: Winner agrees to create and share digital content during their trip related to their travel and usage of the Remitly app.
- Travel Insurance: Winner is responsible for their own travel insurance and any additional expenses not covered by the organizers.
- Cancellations: If winner cancels for any reason, the prize may be forfeited or awarded to an alternate entrant. No cash equivalent will be offered.
- Taxes: Winner is responsible for any tax implications of the prize.
- Liability: Amplify Africa, Discover Gidi, and Remitly are not liable for travel disruptions, missed flights, lost property, or personal injury.
- Disqualification: Inaccurate or fraudulent entries may result in disqualification.
